When and where to use:
When you need an ambulance:
Living alone, you don't want to bother people too much, especially when you have health conditions. This pendant is like a companion -- It talks, it listens and it acts! Feel free to press the SOS button and talk to the live agent. You will be advised whether or or not an ambulance is needed. In case it is, the agent will arrange it for you and also your contacts can be called as you request. If trip-and-fall feature is registered, the pendant will make the call and send alarm signals automatically when you fall, without SOS button being pressed.
Emergencey alarm is reported in two channels for double security:
- Two way voice is first alarm reporting channel.
- In the meantime the device sends out alarm signals through a digital channel. So even if a two way voice conversation is not established due to unexpected reasons, the monitoring center will still see the emergency and will be calling back right away.
When you need police or fire trucks:
When you are nervous at home, worried about a possible break-in or a fire or even flood. Feel free to use the device. The live agent will talk to you and give you advices and eventually arrange the police, fire tricks and ambulance for you if needed. Press the SOS button:
- When you feel danger.
- When you feel scared or threatened.
When you are outside in an accident or being assulted:
Your device comes with GPS services. When you are outside, as soon as the SOS button is pressed, or trip-and-fall is triggered, your GPS location will be sent to the monitoring center, so that when the live agent talks to you they know where you are already.
- No worries when you are out of home.
- Bring the device with you on vacation in Canada or US.

When you are lost:
Around 5,000 senors are lost or go missing each year. The biggest advantage of this device is that it reports your GPS location when the SOS button is pressed or trip-and-fall is triggered, if mobile signal is available in the area. The live agent will tell you where you are and send out police if needed. The GPS location can also be texted to a relatve if registered.

Useable in both Canada and US:
There is a SIM card in each and every pendant. The carrier of that SIM card is AT&T. Therefore it works both in Canada and US, no roaming charges anywhere in either country. You may wear the divce in different ways:
- Wear it with the lanyard as a pendant.
- Hang it with the hook like a keychain.
- Some other ways are also available with optional accessories.
